Where can I find my invoices?
Whenever you purchase or renew your subscription, the invoice is emailed to the owner of the subscription and also available in the dashboard.
You can find your subscription invoices under the "Invoices" tab on the Subscription Settings page in your dashboard.
Login to the dashboard, and click on My Account in the menu
Go to Subscription Settings and open the Invoices tab
Click on the View Invoice button next to the invoice you want to download
Add your VAT/GST & address details as applicable
Once you have opened the invoice as shown in the above steps, you can export it to PDF format:
Windows users - "Ctrl + P" and select Export to PDF
Mac users - "Command ⌘ + P" and select Export to PDF
You can also find the invoices in your email. Search for emails from Paddle (help@paddle.com) or Fastspring (mailer@fastspring.com).
View Invoices in the Dashboard

Searching for Invoices in your Email
You can also find the invoices in your email. Search for emails from Paddle (help@paddle.com) or Fastspring (mailer@fastspring.com).
