You can pause (recommended) or cancel your subscription from the Subscription Settings page in your dashboard.

How to Cancel or Pause a Subscription

To cancel or pause a subscription:

Click on the Subscription Card: Locate the card for the subscription you want to modify and click on the expand button.



Click on the Cancel/Pause Button: This button will bring up the window to either cancel/pause your subscription. You can click Continue



Choose the reason for cancellation from the feedback window, it'll help us in improving our product and provide you with a better experience.



You can choose from either Pause or Cancel the plan and click Continue to finish the process.

What happens when a subscription is Paused?

Pausing will stop the auto-renewal of the subscription. It's like de-activating your plan for some time and until the subscription is active again you won't be charged. When a subscription is paused, the Website Protection plugin & Vulnerability Scanning will also be paused, and your website may be vulnerable to attacks.

You can unpause the subscription anytime, from your dashboard without any additional steps.

What happens when a subscription is Canceled?

Canceling will permanently delete the subscription and will be irreversible. Unlike Pausing your subscription, if you want to activate your subscription again you will have to purchase a new subscription & re-configure the product.

How to pause or cancel a subscription for WebProtect?

WebProtect customers can also pause or cancel their subscription following the same steps as above. Access the Subscription Settings page from your WebProtect dashboard, and choose to pause or cancel your subscription as needed.
