How Can I Change My Email Address?

You can change the email address connected to your Astra Account by adding the new email address as a team member and transferring ownership to it.

Add the new email address as a team member to your Pentest Target or Website Protection Site
If an Astra account does not exist for that email address, an account will be created and you will receive a link to set a new password
Click on the account verification link which you would have received over email (important)
Now create a support ticket from your Astra Dashboard using the old email address with the following information:

New Email Address
Reason for email address change
If you are an administrator of a team (if you had purchased the subscription) - would you like the subscription, Pentest Targets, Website Protection Sites etc. to be transferred to another user

Once the ownership is transferred, you can delete the user with the old email address from the team

For security purposes, we may ask for confirmation of your identity before making the change
