You can update your payment method details, or use a different payment method from the Subscription Settings page. Our payment provider Paddle will use the new payment method for all future charges, and the old payment method would be deleted.

If you are an Enterprise customer or have payed using wire transfer - please speak to your account manager, or raise a support ticket

Update Payment Method from Dashboard

Login to your Account, and click on My Account in the top navigation
Now select Subscription Settings
Not click on Modify Plan next to the subscription you would like to update
Click on Update Payment info and enter the new payment details you would like our payment provider, Paddle.com to use
