How can I update VAT/GST information on my invoice?
When you purchase a subscription with Astra, the country from which you are making a purchase may charge VAT/GST. All prices listed on our site exclude any applicable VAT/GST which will be added during the checkout process.
Our payment provider Paddle.com is registered and able to handle VAT/GST payments globally. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and is responsible for issuing the VAT/GST invoices which you may require for tax purposes.

If you are a registered business, enter your tax details while purchasing so that the tax amount is adjusted/excluded based on your region
If you're eligible for a VAT/GST exclusion, you can click the Add VAT or Add GST text on Step 2 of the checkout process to enter your tax details and exempt the transaction from the charge.
If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for Sales Tax/VAT/GST or forgot to include your VAT/GST number during the checkout process, please contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net or assist@paddle.com with the order reference / ID and the valid VAT ID or GST ID and they will be able to verify your claim and issue a VAT refund to your original payment method if you are eligible.
