Overview of Subscription Management

The Subscription Management section allows you to view, update, and manage your penetration testing and website scanner plans.
This setting is part of your workspace configuration, which means you must first select a workspace to view and manage the subscriptions associated with it.

What Information Is Shown on the Subscription Card?
Each subscription is displayed as a subscription card. You can expand the card to view additional details.

Depending on the plan and payment method, the following information may be available:
Plan Name & Subscription ID
Displays the name of the subscribed service along with its unique subscription ID.
Example:
Website Scanner Lite – #086a

Subscription Timeline
Each card shows key timeline details:
Created Date – When the subscription was created
Last Updated – The most recent modification
Next Payment Date – When the upcoming billing is scheduled (for active plans)

Subscription Status
The status indicates the current state of the subscription:
Active – Subscription is currently running
Pending Payment – Payment is due and the service is not yet active
Canceled – The subscription has been canceled and is no longer active
Plan Price
Shows the pricing structure of the subscription, such as:
Monthly or yearly pricing (e.g.,
$69 / month,$5999 / year)Custom Price for enterprise or invoice-based plans

Payment Method
Indicates how the subscription is billed:
Billed Online (Paddle) – Card-based automatic billing
Billed by Invoice (Offline) – Manual or enterprise billing
For offline subscriptions, you may see an option to:
Switch to Payment by Card
This allows you to move from invoice billing to online card payments.

Action Buttons
Based on the subscription type and status, the following actions may be available:
Cancel / Pause – Pause or cancel an active subscription
Update – Modify plan or billing details
Complete Payment – Activate pending subscriptions


Targets Added
Displays how many targets are linked to the subscription.
You can expand this section using the dropdown arrow to view:
Target name and ID
Target type (Web, Android, iOS, etc.)
Date the target was added

Payment History & Invoices
Shows payment activity related to the subscription, including:
Number of payments received
Payment date and amount
Invoice access (via dropdown arrow, if available)

These actions can be performed directly from the subscription card.
Filters and Search
To help you manage multiple subscriptions efficiently, the page also provides:
Search bar – quickly find a subscription by name or email
Filters – sort subscriptions by:
Status
Type
Target
Payment Provider

Canceling or Pausing a Subscription
If you need to pause or cancel a subscription, follow these steps:
Locate the subscription card
Find the subscription you want to manage and expand it.Initiate the action
Click the Cancel or Pause button.Provide feedback
Select a reason for your action to help us improve our services.Confirm your choice
Complete the process by confirming whether you want to cancel or pause the subscription.

Updating a Subscription
To update an existing subscription:
Select the subscription card
Locate and expand the subscription you want to modify.Click the Update button
This opens a secure payment window powered by Paddle.

Paddle window opens
From here, you can update plan details such as:Subscription tier
Billing information
Payment method
Confirm the update
Once saved, the subscription card will refresh with the updated details.
