Getting started with Astra for mobile apps
You can easily set up the Astra Dashboard in a few simple steps using the Scanner Setup workflow. Just provide the necessary details about your target, allowing the scanner to log in, optimize for your technology, and achieve the highest scan coverage possible.
Initiate the workflow by clicking on the Get started option.
Step 1: Specify the scope name of your app and your company
To proceed, you must provide the name of your app and your company. After entering this information, click on the Next button.
Step 2: File Upload
To get started, upload your mobile application here. Click on Next.
Please ensure that you provide a valid iOS or APK archive of your application for testing and verification. Kindly upload the signed APK or IOS app accordingly. Click on Next.
Step 3: User Roles
You have the option to configure Astra to perform scans behind login, just like an authenticated user. To enable this feature, please provide the credentials for the various user roles available in your application in the designated space and click on Next. Furthermore, you have the option to skip this step if you prefer.
Step 4: Enter the details of the payment testing card here
Step 5: Adding Note
You can add any necessary notes for our security engineers here. Once you've done that, click on Submit to finalize the configuration.
