Sign In, Sign Up and Reset Password

To access the OrbitX Platform, you'll need to sign in using email, Google, or Microsoft SSO. Here's a guide to help you get started.
Sign In
Head over to https://my.getastra.com
For single sign-on, you can use Google or Microsoft SSO.
Alternatively, sign in using your email and password. Once you've entered your credentials, click the Continue button.
If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, select a method and enter the verification code when prompted.
Input the code received and click Continue.
Sign Up
To sign up for the OrbitX Platform, click on the Sign up for an account button shown at the bottom of the page.
You can sign up using your Google or Microsoft account via SSO. Alternatively, fill out your personal details including your full name, email address, and a secure password.
A secure password must:
Be a minimum of 10 characters long
Have at least one uppercase, lowercase, numeric, and special character
Not contain any spaces
Not be a password you have previously used on the OrbitX platform
Once you have filled in the information, click Get Started Now. You will be required to verify your email address through an email OTP, which will also enable email-based MFA on your account.
Resetting Your Password
Head over to https://my.getastra.com
Click on the Forgot your password? link below the login fields.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
You'll receive a password reset link in your email. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
To update an existing password, go to Settings > My Account > Security > Reset Password. You'll be redirected to the Password Reset page where you can follow the same steps mentioned above.
