How to Close and Delete Your Astra Account

If you want to stop using Astra, there are a few options available to you depending on your needs.
Option 1: Cancel Your Subscription
If you'd like to pause your usage without permanently deleting your account, you can cancel your subscription. This will:
Automatically remove your billing details
Ensure you are not billed again
Allow you to retain your account history
Give you the option to resume services and pick up where you left off at a later point
Option 2: Transfer Your Account
You can request to have your account and all linked subscriptions transferred to another user. This is particularly useful if you are leaving your organization and would like to hand over ownership to a colleague.
Option 3: Permanently Delete Your Account
To request the complete deletion of your Astra account, please create a support ticket from your Astra dashboard with the following information:
A statement confirming that you wish to delete your Astra account
Your reason for account deletion
If you are an administrator of a team — whether you would like your subscription, Pentest Targets, and other assets to be transferred to another user or completely deleted
Important Notes
For security purposes, we may ask for confirmation of your identity before deleting your account.
Once your Astra account is deleted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
