Why am I not getting the OTP in my email?

Having trouble with receiving OTPs in email for login? This article aims to provide helpful solutions:



Check for the OTP mails in your SPAM folder


You might find the missing OTP emails in SPAM folder as sometimes it could be mistakenly sorted there. The OTP emails will be sent from no-reply@getastra.email

Sometimes, your organization's email filters or rules might block the OTP email. Please take a moment to check if this might be the reason you haven't received it.

Log in with Google/Microsoft SSO from the login page:


If your email is linked to Google or Microsoft accounts, you can use single sign-on (SSO) to log in.



How to verify and update the sign in methods?


You can go to My Account from the top and navigate to Account Security tab to verify the login methods (SSO)
