Targets Page

A Target refers to a specific application, website, API, or cloud infrastructure that you want to secure through penetration testing or other security assessments. Targets page provides a comprehensive overview, allowing you to track the status of each target from purchase to verification and setup. This page serves as the central hub for managing all your security assessment targets.



Purchasing a Target



Navigate to the targets page from sidebar
Find the add more targets widget and select the type of target you wish to purchase, such as a Web App or API and click on Continue.



This will open up the checkout flow, follow the steps in the checkout flow article to complete your purchase.


Target Verification



After successfully purchasing a target, it requires verification to ensure that you have ownership or authorization to perform security assessments on it.
Newly purchased targets will appear in the Pending Verification section of the Targets Page.
Once verification is complete, the target moves from the Pending Verification section to the Pending Setup section, ready for the next steps.


Setting up a Target



After a target is verified, it needs to be set up before any security assessments can be conducted.

Newly verified targets will appear in the Pending Setup section of the Targets Page.
To start the target setup click the Setup Target button to initiate the setup process.

1. Where to See My Active Targets?



Active targets are listed in the Active Targets section of the Targets Page. For more details on managing target settings, read here article.

2. How to Deactivate a Target?



To deactivate a target:
Navigate to Settings from your dashboard.
Go to Subscriptions under the workspace menu.
Select the relevant target and click on Cancel/Pause.

Canceling the subscription will automatically deactivate the target and it will no longer appear in the Active Targets section. Here's the help article for more information.
