How to Give DigitalOcean Access to Astra

To allow Astra to perform a security assessment on your DigitalOcean environment, you'll need to invite Astra as a member of your DigitalOcean team. Follow the steps below to complete this process.

Steps to Invite Astra to Your DigitalOcean Team

Step 1: Log in to the Control Panel

Step 2: Navigate to Team Settings

Click on Settings to open the team settings tab. The Members section lists your team's current membership.

Step 3: Invite a New Member

Click the Invite Members button.

Step 4: Enter the Email Address

Enter the email address of the Astra account that you want to invite. Your Astra Customer Success Manager (CSM) or support team will provide you with the correct email address to use.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

Click Invite team members to send the invitation. By default, the invitee is assigned a Member role.

Step 6: Share Credentials with Astra

Once the invitation has been accepted, provide the account credentials in the Getting Started step of your Astra dashboard to complete the setup.
