After your initial security assessment, you have a 30-day window to fix vulnerabilities and request manual rescans. Here's what you need to know about the rescan process:

Requirements for Requesting a Rescan

  1. Vulnerabilities must be fixed and marked as "Under Review" before requesting a rescan

  2. The rescan must be requested within the 30-day window after the initial assessment

Extending the Rescan Window

If you need more time beyond the initial 30-day window:

  1. Contact our support team before your rescan window expires

  2. Provide a brief explanation of why you need an extension

  3. Our team will review your request and can extend the window if approved

Important: Only request a rescan after you have fixed the vulnerabilities you want re-tested. Requesting a rescan before fixes are implemented will use up one of your rescan attempts without providing value.

  • Plan your fixes within the initial 30-day window when possible
