Steps

From the Trust Center preview page, you can toggle visual sections on or off using the Edit Visually option available on each section.

Step 1: Navigate to Trust Center

• From the left sidebar, click on Trust Center

• Open your Trust Center page

• Go to the Preview tab

Step 2: Locate the Header Section

• In the preview, identify the Header Section

• This is the top section where your company name, description, and security grade badge are displayed

Step 3: Enable Visual Editing

• On the top right of the Header Section, toggle Edit Visually ON

• This enables editing controls for that section

Step 4: Hide the Security Grade

• Within the Header Section, locate the security grade badge (A+ indicator)

• Use the available toggle or visibility control to disable or hide it

• The badge will no longer appear in the preview

Step 5: Review and Save

• Confirm that the grade is no longer visible in the preview

• Click Preview to verify changes

• Publish your Trust Center once finalized

What Happens After Hiding the Grade

• The Trust Center will continue to function normally

• Only the header with the security grade badge will be removed from the public view

• All other sections such as company details and policies remain unchanged
