Subscription Settings
What are Subscription Settings?
You can view and manage your Astra Subscription details by navigating to the Settings option in your Dashboard. Subscription settings allow you to manage your plans for various services like Website Scanner and Website Pentest.
These settings are part of your workspace settings, meaning you must first select a workspace to view and manage subscriptions specific to that workspace.
What Information is Shown on the Subscription Card?
Each subscription card contains key details about your current subscriptions, you can expand the subscription card for more options:
Plan Name: The name of the service you are subscribed to, such as "Website Scanner" or "Website Pentest."
Next Payment Date: This date indicates when your next payment is due. If the subscription is active, the date is displayed alongside the subscription status.
Cancel/Pause Button: This option allows you to cancel or pause your subscription. Pausing might be available depending on the service.
Update Button: This button lets you update your subscription details. This could include changing your plan or updating payment information.
Targets in Subscription: The card also shows the number of targets or entities included in that subscription, which is relevant for services like Website Pentest.
At the top of the subscription settings page, you can use filters to sort subscriptions by status, type, or target. A search bar is also available to quickly find a specific subscription.
What are the Different Statuses for Subscriptions?
Subscriptions can have various statuses, each indicating a different state of your plan:
Pending Payment: This status shows that payment is due for the subscription. You can complete the payment to activate or continue the service.
Active: Indicates that the subscription is currently active and functioning.
Paused/Canceled: If you have paused or canceled a subscription, this status will reflect that. The service will not be active during this time.
How to Cancel or Pause a Subscription
If you need to cancel or pause your subscription, follow these steps:
Locate the Subscription Card: Find the subscription you want to change and click to expand it.
Initiate Cancellation or Pause: Click the Cancel/Pause button to open the options.
Provide Feedback: Choose a reason for your action to help us enhance our service.
Confirm Your Choice: Decide whether to cancel or pause the subscription and complete the process.

How to Update a Subscription?
To update a subscription:
Click on the Subscription Card: Find and select the subscription you wish to update.
Click on the Update Button: This will open a window (powered by Paddle) where you can make changes to your subscription.
Paddle Window Pops Up: Here, you can update your plan details, such as changing the subscription tier or payment information.
Update the Card: Once you've made the necessary changes, confirm the update. Your card details will be refreshed accordingly.
