Sign In, Sign Up and Reset Password
To access the OrbitX Platform, you'll need to sign in using email, Google or Microsoft SSO
Head on over to : https://my.getastra.com
For single sign on, you can use Google or Microsoft SSO.
You can also sign in using email and password. Once you've entered your email and password, click the Continue button.
If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, select a method and you’ll be prompted to enter a verification code.
Input the code received and click Continue.
To sign up to OrbitX Platform, click on the Sign up for an account button shown at the bottom of the page.
You can sign up using with Google and Microsoft account, using SSO. Alternatively, you can sign up by filling out personal details like your full name, email address and a secure password. A secure password should:
a. Be a minimum of 10 characters long.
b. Have at least one uppercase, lowercase, numeric and special character.
c. Not have any spaces.
d. Not be a password that you have used before on OrbitX platform.
Once you filled the information, click on the "Get Started Now" button. You will be required to verify your email address through an email OTP. This will also enable email-based MFA on your account.
Head on over to : https://my.getastra.com
Click on the Forgot your password? link below the login fields.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on Submit.
You’ll receive a password reset link or code in your email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you'd like to update the existing password, you can go to the Settings > My Account > Security > Reset Password. You'll be redirected to the Password Reset page where you can follow the same steps mentioned above
