What are the available sign-in methods in your account?
You can configure your preferred sign-in method under the "Sign-in methods" section on the Security Settings page.
By default, the settings are set to "Allow all Sign-in methods." You can click on this option to make any necessary changes.
Choose from the following sign-in methods to access your account:
Email and Password: The traditional method where you enter your email and password.
Google Account: Use your Google credentials to sign in.

How to Enable Email Authentication?
Email Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code sent to your email for every login attempt. Here’s how you can enable it:
Go to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Section: Find the "Email Authentication" option.
Enable Email Authentication: Click on the "Enable Email Auth" button. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email.
Enter the account password and OTP: A window will pop up where you'll need to type your account password and the OTP you received on email.
Click on Continue to finish the process
How to Enable TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password)?
TOTP provides an additional layer of security by generating a time-sensitive code through an authenticator app. Follow these steps to enable it:
Open the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Section: Locate the "Authenticator apps (TOTP)" option and click "Enable TOTP."
Select an Authenticator App: In Step 1, choose your preferred app (Google Authenticator is recommended) and click "Continue."
Enter Your Astra Account Password: You’ll be prompted to enter your Astra account password to proceed.
Set Up the Authenticator App: Open the authenticator app on your phone, click the "+" sign, and scan the QR code displayed on your screen. Alternatively, you can manually enter the setup key.
Backup Codes: Download or copy the backup codes provided. These codes can help you reset the TOTP if you lose access to your authenticator app.
Complete the Process: Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app and click "Continue" to finish setting up TOTP.
How to Reset your password?
Resetting your password is simple and can be done in a few steps:
