Restoring original visitor IP
If you're using a reverse proxy, or a load balancer for your website you will have to restore the original visitor IP in your server. This is required so that the website and its plugins can differentiate two visitors accessing your website.
The Astra Website Protection plugin may not work as intended if the original visitor IP is not restored
Open https://icanhazip.com to find your IP address
Create a phpinfo file on your server and open it
Search for your IP address in the phpinfo file
Original Visitor IP is correctly restored if you find your IP address
Original Visitor IP is NOT correctly restored if you do NOT find your IP address. You should speak to your developer or hosting provider about the same.
