How to use Astra Website Protection on my staging website
Before installing Astra Website protection on your Production/Live website, you can choose to install it on your Staging/Testing website first.
In the Getting Started screen, enter the URL of your Production website
Follow the instructions shown on the screen to install the plugin on your Staging website
Now test your staging website to make sure it is working as expected, and no legitimate requests are getting blocked
Whenever you're ready to install the plugin on your Production website, head over to the Settings page and select Re-install Astra
Follow the instructions shown on the screen to install the plugin on your Production website. When you generate a new Activation Code, the Astra Website Protection plugin will automatically get disconnected on your staging site and will transfer over to your Production site.
