We're using a number of sub-processors and service providers to run Astra. We split them into categories below, depending on the amount and types of data they process.

Application Infrastructure

We use these sub-processors to provide our core application. All of them store and process data about you and some of them also store and process data about your customers.

Platform

We use certain services to provide specific functionality within the platform. These third-parties are Sub-processors with limited use indicated below and have limited access to data in order to provide the relevant functionality.

• Our monitoring tools usually don't get in touch with your data. However sometimes data might be processed to help with troubleshooting

AI

We use certain third-party AI services to enhance features such as automation, analysis, and user experience. These Sub-processors are used in limited contexts as described below and have restricted access to data necessary for delivering specific AI-driven functionality.

Marketing

We use these services to host and run our own marketing and communication with you. They never get in touch with any of your data, but may store and process data about you.

Sales & Customer Success

We use certain services to assist in sales, customer success & provide specific functionality within the platform. These third-parties are Sub-processors with limited use indicated below and have limited access to data in order to provide the relevant functionality.

• Our customer service tool doesn't get in touch with most of your data unless a support request is raised

Internal tools

These are internal tools we use to organize and communicate. We might keep data about you in there, but will never share any of your data via those tools.

Sub-processor Updates

Prior to engaging any sub-processors, we perform due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and execute an agreement with them that implements their obligations.

When we bring on a new vendor or other sub-processor who handles our Users’ Personal Information, or remove a sub-processor, or we change how we use a sub-processor, we will update this page. If you have questions or concerns about a new sub-processor, we’d be happy to help.
