Trust Center
The Trust Center is a customizable platform that helps organizations transparently showcase their security posture to customers, partners, and stakeholders. Hosted on a public domain, it provides up-to-date information on security practices, certifications, and risk management.
With detailed metrics, FAQs, compliance details, and branding options, the Trust Center offers a professional and engaging way to build trust and highlight an organization’s commitment to security.
From the sidebar, navigate to Trust Center.
Choose the workspace where the Trust Center will be created.
Click the New Trust Center button to start the setup process.
In the setup wizard, follow these steps:
In the first step, configure the Trust Center Name, Slug, and select the Targets Monitored.
The slug should be unique and will appear in the public URL of your Trust Center (e.g., slug.domain.com).
In the second step, upload your company logo, provide the overview, and fill in details like Industry, Headquarters, Location, Year Founded, Privacy Policy, and Contact Details.
In the third step, configure sections for Targets Monitored, Trusted by Companies, Security Posture, Certificate Validity, Compliance, APIs Monitored, Vulnerability Reporting, and FAQs.
The FAQ section includes a set of default questions that cannot be edited. However, you can add your own custom FAQs to provide additional information specific to your organization.
In the final step of the setup wizard, you will see the public URL of your Trust Center. This URL will remain inactive until the Trust Center is published.
Once you click the Publish Trust Center button, the Trust Center will go live, and the link will become active. You can then share the URL publicly with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Once a Trust Center is created, it will appear on the Trust Center dashboard. You can click on its name to access the settings page and modify any values configured during the setup.
