How to troubleshoot errors in the platform
If you are encountering an error when accessing a page, or the data is not fully updated - you can try to clear the cache and try again.
Open the Command Menu
For Mac users: Press Command + K
For Windows users: Press Ctrl + Shift + K

Search for "Clear Cache" and click on it to initiate the cache clearing process.

It may take a 5-10 seconds to clear the entire cache, depending on the size of the cache.
