Certificates Page

The Certificates Page is a dedicated section within our dashboard that provides detailed information about the security certificates issued for your targets after a successful manual penetration test. These certificates serve as a formal attestation that your application has been thoroughly tested for vulnerabilities and any identified issues have been rectified.

On the top of the Certificates Page, you'll find a banner section displaying key statistics:

Total Certificates Issued: Total number of certificates issued to date.

Valid Certificates: Certificates that are currently valid.

Expired Certificates: Certificates that have expired.

Below the banner, there is a table with basic searching and filtering options, allowing you to easily navigate through your certificates. The certificates are categorized into three statuses based on their validity periods.

Since we offer certificates exclusively for manual penetration tests, this page is grouped with the manual pentesting section. It provides a comprehensive overview of all the certificates for your targets that have been obtained through our manual testing process.

Importance of the Certificates

A Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) certificate demonstrates that your application has undergone a rigorous security assessment. This certificate is crucial for ensuring the security of your systems and protecting sensitive user data. It helps build trust with stakeholders by showcasing a professional security audit.

Different Ways Certificates are Available

Certificates can be accessed in two formats:

PDF Format: Downloadable directly from the dashboard.

Public Link: Shareable link that allows anyone to verify the certificate's authenticity on our website.

The public link feature enables customers to verify the authenticity of a certificate directly on our website. This adds an extra layer of credibility, making it easy for external parties to trust the certificate.

What are the different statuses available for certificates?

Certificates have different statuses based on their validity period:

Active: Certificates that are currently within their validity period and do not require immediate action.

Expiry in 30 Days: These certificates are still valid but are approaching their expiration date. It's a reminder to plan for a new pentest to maintain continuous certification.

Expired: Certificates that are no longer valid. When a certificate expires, it indicates that another pentest is required to ensure the continued security of the application. You need to schedule a new pentest to obtain a fresh certificate.
