Automations Page

Use the Automations page to create new scan schedules, modify existing ones, or quickly assess your ongoing security efforts. This page enables you to schedule and manage automated scans, ensuring that your targets are regularly checked for vulnerabilities without manual intervention.

Creating a Scan Schedule



From the page hero section click the "Create Scan Schedule" button.



In the "Add New Scan Schedule" side sheet select "Targets" for which you want to create scan schedule. You can also use search bar or filters to find the target for which you want to create scan schedule



After selecting a target, click the "Continue" button which will take you to the scan "Configure" screen, you'll see several options to set up your scan schedule:

Once satisfied, click the "Add Scan Schedule" button you will see a success message confirming that the "Automation has been created." The system will return you to the main Automations page where your new schedule will be listed.

Editing a Scan Schedule



To edit a scheduled scan, click on its row in the table.

This opens an edit sheet where you can modify the scan's settings.

Make sure to save changes



Deleting a Scan Schedule



You can delete a scan using either of the following approaches:

Approach 1: From the Automations Page




On the automations page, find the scan you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) icon at the end of the row for the selected scan.
From the dropdown menu, choose "Delete Schedule."
Confirm the deletion from the modal. The selected scan schedule will be deleted.

Approach 2: From the Edit Scan Schedule



Click on the row of the scan you want to delete to open the Edit Scan Schedule page.
On the bottom left of the Edit Scan Schedule sheet click the "Delete Schedule" button.
Confirm the deletion from the modal.

Remember: Deleting a schedule is permanent. If you only want to pause the scans temporarily, use the Disable Schedule option instead.


Disabling a Scan Schedule



You can disable a scan using either of the following approaches:

Approach 1: Using the Quick Menu





On the automations page, find the scan you want to disable.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) icon at the end of the row for the selected scan.
From the dropdown menu, choose "Disable Schedule." This will disable the scan schedule

Approach 2: From the Edit Scan Schedule



Click on the name of the scan you want to disable to open the Edit Scan Schedule sheet..
In the Edit Scan Schedule form, locate the "Enabled" toggle switch near the top.
Click the toggle switch to turn it off.
Click the "Save Changes" button to disable the scan schedule

Both methods will disable the scan without deleting it. You can re-enable it later by reversing these steps.
