The Trust Center is a customizable platform that helps organizations transparently showcase their security posture to customers, partners, and stakeholders. Hosted on a public domain, it provides up-to-date information on security practices, certifications, and risk management.

With detailed metrics, FAQs, compliance details, and branding options, the Trust Center offers a professional and engaging way to build trust and highlight an organization’s commitment to security.

Creating a Trust Center

  1. From the sidebar, navigate to Trust Center.

  2. Choose the workspace where the Trust Center will be created.

  3. Click the New Trust Center button to start the setup process.

  1. In the setup wizard, follow these steps:

|| The FAQ section includes a set of default questions that cannot be edited. However, you can add your own custom FAQs to provide additional information specific to your organization.

5. Once you click the Publish Trust Center button, the Trust Center will go live, and the link will become active. You can then share the URL publicly with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Editing Your Trust Center

Once a Trust Center is created, it will appear on the Trust Center dashboard. You can click on its name to access the settings page and modify any values configured during the setup.
